Sun Island Community

The Sun Island Community is made up of three apartment complexes: Sun Bay, Sun Key and Sun Harbor. We are located a kilometer from the University. We are also on the bus line (and you ride free with your UF ID!). There is also a large grocery store next door.

The Sun Bay and Sun Key apartments are flats; the Sun Harbor apartments are town houses, meaning they have two levels. Between the three complexes there are ten laundry rooms and five swimming pools, two fitness rooms. Internet is available at all three properties.
